In some cases, even when oral health remains low, gingivitis may remain at the same stage.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, it may develop into Periodontitis and affect the bone structure. Last but not the least, after a complete treatment prescribed from our dentists, patients may continue their home treatment and regain the strength of their gums.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gum Disease and Treatment Risk Factors<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Poor oral hygiene levels<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Low dental care utilization<\/li>\n<li>Incompatible dental apparatus that causes plaque buildup over teeth<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Puberty, pregnancy, menopause etc. as changing physical conditions<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Smoking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Treatment Period<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The focus of treatment for<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gingivitis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gingivitis<\/a><\/strong> is the removal of the etiologicagent (plaque) over and around the teeth surface.<br \/>\nAt home, oral hygiene therapy to eliminate gingivitis must be aimed and thought.<br \/>\nReplacement or treatment of misplaced fillers and dentures.<br \/>\nArrange regular visits to the dentist<\/p>\n<p>Early stage gum disease can be cured with regular dental exams before it progresses.
