Intraocular pressure increases the fluid in the eye to nourish the tissues due to a blockage in the ducts.<\/p>\n

Glaucoma or eye pressure<\/a> is caused by visual impairment due to damage to the visual nerves due to high pressure in the eye.<\/p>\n

    Medical Treatment<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The patient is usually given medication drops.

    Laser Treatment<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    This treatment, which is performed under local anesthesia, is applied to patients who do not respond to drugs and do not have high blood pressure. The effect of laser treatment is 2-3 years.<\/p>\n

    Surgical Treatment<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    If drug therapy and laser therapy do not respond, if damage to the ocular nerves increases, surgical treatment is applied. The operation performed by local anesthesia does not bring back dead nerve cells and no longer damages the cells.<\/p>\n
